List of Bidders for the Auction of 2G Spectrum in 1800 MHz and 900 MHz Band

The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) has published the ‘Final List of Bidders’ for the Auction of Spectrum in 1800 MHz and 900 MHz band. 

All the 8 applicants find place in this list, as follows: 

1. M/s. Vodafone India Limited; 

2. M/s. Bharti Airtel Limited; 

3. M/s. Aircel Limited; 

4. M/s. Idea Cellular Limited; 

5. M/s. Tata Teleservices Limited; 

6. M/s. Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd; 

7. M/s. Telewings Communications services P Ltd; and 

8. M/s. Reliance communication Limited. 

With this, 10 steps have been completed in the process of Auction as per the revised Auction Timetable issued by DoT. 

Now, the next step in the scheme of things is the holding of ‘Mock Auction’ which will take place tomorrow and the day- after- tomorrow i.e. 30th & 31st of January 2014. The Auction is to start on 3rd February 2014.
